But I was an avid reader as a child, so it was easy to lose myself in dreamland.
I had big dreams.
And earning a lot of money was always at the top of my list.
But wealth is not just about money.
As I grow older
Health, friends, family, and contentment are also very meaningful to me.
Let’s be real
Money is important…..
Having a specific minimum monthly income would be nice
One that allows me to meet my financial needs and help others.
But there are a lot of things that money can’t buy.
As a nurse, I witness first-hand, the impact of poor health on lives.
And in my own life, I have friendship and relationship issues.
Being estranged from your child for years is painful on many levels.
And losing a loved one leaves gaping holes that may never be filled.
But, in spite of it all, we’ve got to keep moving forward
And dream.
So what does wealth mean to you?
And what are you doing to achieve those goals?
As you journey on
Embrace the ups and downs of life
Focus on what matters most
And always do your best.
“Health is the greatest gift, contentment the greatest wealth, faithfulness the best relationship.” – Buddha
Have a great week!
