I finally have a very neat blog and it’s exciting to write my first real post!
I enjoy teaching, training and writing and my mission is to educate, empower & encourage, but over the years, my biggest question was HOW will it happen? I had to learn to trust & obey (still learning…) and I had to be willing to keep trying until I reach my goal.
I like this exert from Andrea Waltz at Go for No! “If you take a rock, and you whack it with a hammer, it may not break. But if you then whack it again, and you keep whacking it over and over suddenly it might crack open on the 100th hit. So now here is the question: did it crack open because of the 100th hit or did all 99 previous whacks at the rock somehow weaken it? Either way, the lesson of the rock is to keep learning, keep listening and keep reading. Sometimes it takes a little time for things to sink in or have the full impact. But when they do that’s all that matters!”
Since my introduction to authors like John Maxwell and Zig Ziglar in 1995, inspirational and motivational books and quotes have been my staple over the years and my faith in God my bedrock. My goal for this blog is to provide value and solutions; pass along facts, products, tips, savings and information and hope that in the end, I make a difference.
