From the moment I heard the term Financial Freedom… I was hooked!!!
Over the years, I’ve read and studied and attended workshops and training
But I was very poor at consistently applying the lessons I learned.
Looking back, I now see that I had conflicting beliefs…
I wanted the financial freedom
But I believed having a lot of money was the root of all evil.
It took me a while to shake some of my limiting beliefs…. and I’m still working on a few.
I’ve resumed my journey to financial freedom and I hope you’ll join me.
For the past 2 years, I’ve written over 200 articles about health and wellness, business and personal improvement
And now I’m adding financial wellness and my first target is Credit Restoration.
My recent partnership with a financial service company has been very rewarding
And I am very excited about my future growth and look forward to more positive outcomes.
I’ll do what I do best…. invest, learn and teach.
I don’t know if you noticed but there’s a new shift towards financial health.
In previous years the focus was on health and wellness
Now companies are jumping on the bandwagon and shifting their focus to financial wellness
According to an article on CNBC, your new office workout now is FINANCIAL FITNESS.
More than half of large and mid-sized companies are offering financial wellness. (I had to complete one for new position recently!!)
Why?
Because employees are worried about their finances and are distracted at work.
According to Kent E. Allison, Partner & National Practice Leader, “Financial stressors are not only negatively impacting employees but are costing employers.”
This results in lower productivity and some are spending up to 3 hours of company time dealing with personal financial issues!
I am not a financial expert (yet) and I can’t tell you much about the stock market…. but I’m a smart cookie (at least I think so) and I’ll share with you what I’m learning
